For the last four years, we have booked our package holidays directly with tour operators, assuming that booking direct would give us the best prices and customer service. We couldn't have been more wrong!
Amanda has been looking after my parents' holidays for well over 15 years - so when we were planning our young family's first holiday together, it felt natural to finally take their long-standing recommendation to speak to her.
Travelling with two young children means we have quite a specific list of requirements - particularly around flight times, kids' club facilities, and having a separate sleeping area for the children. The TUI BLUE Lagoon Princess in Halkidiki turned out to be everything we needed and more.
Amanda took the time to really get to know us as a family and understand exactly what we needed from our holiday. Nothing was too much trouble. She carefully researched options, answered every question and found us the perfect holiday. She took care of all the administration and was always available whenever we needed her. Having someone so knowledgeable and responsive made the entire booking process completely stress-free.
Not only was the customer service outstanding, but the value was better than anything we had found booking directly ourselves. The whole experience has completely changed how we'll book holidays in the future.
In fact, we've already booked our family Orlando holiday for 2027 through Amanda - and she's already keeping an eye out for our 2028 family holiday.
We genuinely won't book a package holiday any other way now. Amanda is professional, knowledgeable, attentive and an absolute pleasure to deal with. We cannot recommend her highly enough.
