My husband and I stayed at the Grecotel LUX ME in Kos, and from the moment our private transfer pulled up outside the hotel, we experienced great service.
We were greeted by the concierge, who took our bags straight to our room, and while we checked in, we were offered a seat, cool cloths and a beautiful cordial drink. We were then shown around the hotel, including where all the restaurants were, and the staff were so kind and friendly throughout.
The hotel is spotlessly clean and the food is amazing. We tried the Asian, Italian and Greek restaurants as well as the buffet, and they were all superb. Getting a sunbed each day was never a problem and going all-inclusive was well worth it - drinks were on offer all day long.
This hotel is stunning and cosy, and it's great for couples. We loved our stay so much we've booked to stay with the same Grecotel chain again - this time in Rhodes - and we can't wait to go back.
