Thank you so much, Amanda, for arranging our incredible trip to the US - San Francisco, Yosemite, Death Valley and Las Vegas.

This was the second big adventure we’ve trusted you with and, once again, we left everything in your hands - and we’re so glad we did.

The hotels you chose for us were outstanding – four very different stops that worked perfectly for the road trip: four nights at the Warwick Hotel in San Francisco, four nights at Cedar Lodge (just 15 minutes from Yosemite’s West Entrance), two nights at The Ranch at Death Valley, and six nights at The Signature at MGM Grand in Las Vegas.

We didn’t know what to expect, but each one exceeded our expectations – we’d happily stay in any of them again. The upgrade you arranged for us at Cedar Lodge to a King Deluxe room with a spa tub and balcony was such a thoughtful touch.

From the Heathrow lounge, flights and car hire to every stop along the way, every detail was perfectly organised. Your knowledge of the destinations made the whole experience stress-free. We felt confident and relaxed knowing you had taken care of everything.

Your customer service is simply exceptional. In fact, just a week after returning from the West Coast, we’ve already been back in touch to book a New York trip for December for me and my daughter.

We wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else. Keep up the amazing work!
