A massive thank you to Amanda for a fantastic holiday.

I told her we wanted a one-week break in the Canary Islands, probably Lanzarote, somewhere all-inclusive and near the beach.

I was travelling with my elderly mum, so I had a lot of questions about the suitability – Amanda’s knowledge is phenomenal, and she was able to answer every single one.

She gave us three options to consider and helped us decide what would work best.

We went with Sol Lanzarote, and it was perfect for us. Amanda then sorted Jet2 flights, arranged special assistance at the airport, and booked us a private transfer - we were so well looked after from start to finish.

Nothing is ever too much trouble for Amanda. She’s so helpful, always replies, and is friendly while being totally professional. I’ll definitely use her for future trips and would 100% recommend her.
